[OSM-dev] JOSM [patch] make "draw lines between gps points" to be a per lay er option

This patch adds a per rawgps layer option to draw lines between points
similar to the choose colour option. This is useful when importing gpx files
from multiple sources, or where one gps layer contains waypoints that
shouldn't really be connected.
