And the common screw up cases!

My favourites are:

* assume I'm in select mode when I'm in way mode and inadvertently add or
remove segments to or from ways. Relatively easy to fix if you spot it.

* assume the selection is a way when it's actually just a bunch of segments
and add tags.  PITA because you have to delete each tag, then create the way
and recreate the tags.

Anybody else?
