Wow. Annotation presets are exactly what I, and I assume Nick wanted, but
entirely failed to notice.
Am I right in thinking that there isn't any annotation presets installed by
default, or included in the josm svn, or locatable by any other way than
googling for "josm annotation presets" then reading IRC logs from the wiki?
