I spent some time trying to find a way of squeezing the search results
onto the same page as the map. I eventually had to give up on translucent
popups and use the panel thing you see now.

Yeah, but I think I need to read up on rjs to work out how to do that...

The old OSM search did for the post code search but not (I think) for
the name search. It's in now anyway.
