amf_controller, as part of the rails server, needs to be fixed to know
about entities as part of the server upgrade, and preserve integrity
either by refusing deletes of objects with entities, or by deleting the
entities when you delete the objects. I don't know if Frederik already
did that or not.
Of course, longer term potlatch and any other editor should know about
how to deal with entities properly.
