I've run up the current AND2osm.osm file into my own local mapnik
renderer and it shows that several parts of Amsterdam appear under
water. I know the cause of this -- there are water polygons with holes
which Mapnik does not currently render correctly.

To be more accurate, Mapnik can render polygons with holes correctly,
but the osm2pgsql import process breaks them. I'm investigating the best
way to fix this.
