I'd love to know when this gets going so that I can also use it for the
TIGER data.  I thought I'd be able to live with doing it in JOSM, but it
has really been nasty over the last few days.  Tons of server timeout
and even more 500 errors.  I'm getting a wee bit bored of babysitting
the uploads.

Are there any bits of information about how this is going to be done?
Wiki pages, etc...?
