How long ago was "a while ago"?

Some days it's good, some days it's bad. Since the t at h server is also
the http://openaerialmap.org/ server, until I move the OAM tile hosting
to be distributed to different machines, there will likely be a slowdown
in processing t at h tilesets during the day, as the tiles are read from a
busy disk. I'm also investigating moving the t at h mysql database to live
on a different drive to test performance.

Looking at
http://munin.openstreetmap.org/openstreetmap/tah.openstreetmap-tah_queue.html
these graphs is a relatively good sign of general need for more clients:
If the blue line is at 1200, we're at peak server capacity, if the blue
line is at 0, we're at peak client capacity. You can see that it jumped
about two weeks ago from being almost entirely the latter to almost
entirely the former. I'm doing what I can to resolve that: both by
getting more hardware, and by moving around on the hardware we have.
