[OSM-dev] OSM applet changes

hi there,

after trying to use the online java applet, i seemed to get sucked into making some small but fairly major fixes to it - should i just upload into svn, or what's the procedure here?

changes have been (theoretically) only on the view side - downloading tiles, thread sync on images and tiles, redraw management....

if someone could let me know this weekend that would be great!  please reply directly to me - there was some sort of problem adding myself to dev subscriber list....
