[OSM-dev] Mapnik rendering problem (Trac ticket #313)

Ideally, I'd add this to trac, but can't seem to log in at the moment.
I have some examples of ways that aren't rendered in the mapnik layer despite appearing on the osmarender layer and being perfectly valid on manual inspection.
e.g.
James Street in Bath

The only thing I don't understand are the timestamps. Are they created time or modified time? The way in question was only tagged in January, but has been left alone since. There are other ways in Bath with this problem.
