[OSM-dev] Script to find tiles that need rebuilding

Is there somebody running this script now?
I am importing some coastlines, and see that some tiles (mainly the one with
many segments) are requested and some not.
Can it be that the import script is to fast? Thats why tiles with a straight
coastline are missed?
