I prefer them to be assigned in the trac, with a notification by mail that
there is a bug for me.
By the way, could it be possible that all JOSM related SVN and tickets be
moved to the OSM trac?. We shouldn't have so many different
tracs/repositories/users, etc, as it confuses everyone.
