If I run a diff over the two files, I get *lot's* of differences. I'm
not talking here about "well, there's basically the same entries in it",
I'm talking about *identical files* - which they are really not.
I really don't care about the scale entries to be existing in one of
both files where it's not required. My goal would be to have *identical*
files first, and then find a way to have only one file for all possible
circumstances - to get rid of the maintenance issues in the future
(having two almost identical files with basically the same content at
two places in the svn is a pretty bad idea in the long run).
