OJW was part of the group where we were discussing root at the main
entrance.  I assumed that you knew him and so I didn't make any
introductions.  Anyway, he was there and knows who you are and that you were
press-ganged into having root access, so no problems there.

One thing that you should do, once you get root access, is to create a root2
account for Frederik as we discussed.

I live about 25 miles from where the servers are, so if dev really does need
a reboot then its possible that I could do it.  Lets get a remote console
asap.
