I turned off your proxy on the default layer some time ago. There was a
period when it was not responding so I removed it from the config. However,
it is still on there as a separate layer.
I'm still not sure whether or not open layers actually attempts to get each
tile from *all* sources when it is set up as a multi-source layer. The
status bar messages in my browser suggest that it is.
