My fault, I added the ">/dev/null" to the inkscape call to remove the
tons of debug output. What would be the appropriate thing to do under
windows, and is there already something in tilesGen.pl I can use to
determine whether it is windows? Otherwise I might just change it to
re-try without /dev/null if it failed.
