[OSM-dev] OSM at home downtime

http://almien.co.uk/OSM/Places isn't available at the moment (my webhosting 
company looked at the access stats and concluded "OMG! HAX0rZ"), so the city 
lists and stuff won't be back until (probably) tomorrow.  

So to dutch, eckhart, gagravarr, Higgy, Hakan, RalfZ -- no need to run the 
tiles at home program for a while. I'll send another message to dev list when 
it's cleared for uploads again.
