[OSM-dev] Mappaint patch for segment order number

Hi Nick

I still have no SVN account, so I send you a patch for the mappaint plugin
that:

- Draws segment order numbers if "Draw segment order numbers" checkbox is
selected in preferences.
- Draws order number with red background for unordered segments of a way, so
that they stand out.

I think this patch will be useful for most of us editing with JOSM.
