Yes: In Europe ;-)

Attached image shows a representation of unwayed segment. Each pixel  
represents one level-12 tile, and colours are:

green, blue, white - less than 50 unwayed segments
yellow - 50 to 150 unwayed segments
orange - 150 to 500 unwayed segments
red - more than 500 unwayed segments

I only give you Europe because the rest of the world is relatively  
empty. A few yellow spots in the US, that's all.
