[OSM-dev] rails schema + mysql on dev v slow

hi,

the rails db/schema.rb creates 'current_nodes_id_idx' on 'current_nodes' which seems to duplicate the primary key id index created by default.  should this be removed?

btw, it took 4h 36m to drop that index on mysql on dev - is it wise/possible to move the mysql stores to the unscrewed disks?
