[OSM-dev] Disappearing Roads

There is indeed a leak somewhere that's causing flooding, but I don't
think that's the problem - the way I mentioned (Fairview Avenue on the
map) has rendered fine for the last four or so months.  Oddly, the
invisible stretch and the two visible parts are all part of the same
way, which makes it even more strange in my little mind.

I'll take a look at the duplicate node and segments, maybe that's
what's causing the problem.  Whatever the case, it looks like
something is still buggy...
