Sorry this was a typo. I meant planetosm-excerpt-area.pl. Don't think there is 
a script called planetosm-excerpt-db.pl, I obviously had databases on the 
brain for some reason :-) What I am doing is filtering the planet.osm file to 
create a UK-only version.
