[OSM-dev] Bug incl. patch for the josm geotagger plugin

Hi,

here is a patch for the geotagger plugin.
Since recent josm versions have renamed the menu title from
"Files" to "File", it checks now for both titles.

The other thing: It disables sorting by dates if there are images without
a correct exif date/time. Without it, the plugin crashes when loading multiple
images without exif date/time.
