[OSM-dev] Relation to group parts of a way

Everything concerning relations is currently in "proposed" status, the
relation you're talking about is this:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Relations/Proposed/Collected_Ways

It has been suggested on 

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Relations/

to rename this "Aggregated Ways" instead because that is term is used
elsewhere.
