There is no concise description on the 0.4 API either though. The
wiki page is completely insane and attempts to describe the protocol
to a ridiculous level of detail that makes it impossible to actually
comprehend. It's also badly laid out and wrong in many places.
The only reason I haven't it more along the lines of the 0.3 API page
is that I believe Frederik and Gabriel are effectively doing that by
writing the 0.5 API specification in a more sensible way.
