That node is still in use by segment 57038992 which is why you can't
delete it.

That segment won't be returned by a map call however as it's other
endpoint (node 59745275) has somehow been deleted - in fact it was
deleted by Ted a few days ago.

Ted - do you have any idea if that delete will have been done with
Potlatch or with Josm? Only you shouldn't have been able to delete
it while it was still in use so it looks like we have a bug somewhere.

I've deleted both the bogus segment and the troublesome node now
anyway.
