In general? Incredibly hard. As far as the mapnik export goes you
would have to add some functionality to mapnik I think to allow you
to do it. I would have to leave a T at H person to comment on how hard
it is to make MapOf do it.

Printing the home page at the moment very deliberately puts the
copyright notice underneath to avoid polluting the image with it
so I'd rather not start doing so on the export...

I can make the license information in the side panel show for image
export as well if you like? Currently it only shows for the XML export.
