[OSM-dev] Problem making database on current rails_port

Am I allowed to take this as a compliment on the wiki page ;-)?

With help from the IRC channel I managed to get it running on Ubuntu 
(Gutsy) back in march and I posted everything I ran into on the wiki. A 
big cheer for the people who helped me out on #openstreetmap!
