[OSM-dev] Crowd Sourced Testing of OSM 0.6 API

How has the "case sensitive tag name" thing been resolved. Should I 
modify JOSM to not allow two tags that just differ in case, because they 
will overwrite each other in the API - or do you intend so switch to 
something that is case sensitive?
