[OSM-dev] Data Consistency Checks now available

Hi,

Here's some things I've spotted:

You can have a railway=crossing for a crossing where pedestrians can  
cross, but motor vehicles can't.

There is no permalink facility on the slippy map.

Ways without nodes will be deletable directly through the API, you  
will not be able to download them through the map request.
