[OSM-dev] [Tilesathome] Osmarender not always showing latest data

It's probably safest to apply the daily diff previous to the planet 
date.  There's no harm in applying earlier diffs, so long as once you 
start applying diffs you continue to apply them in order.  So you could 
start with the tuesday-wednesday diff and otherwise follow your plan.
