It's not YAGNI. In fact, people asked me about ordering even before
I did the relation implementation and I brushed that away at the time,
thinking the "role" attribute would suffice. But there are people who
have actual need for ordered relations, today, in OSM. So say against
ordered relations what you want, but don't say that there's no need
for them ;-)
