Patch looks good to me and is applied.

If you want help with that don't hesitate to ask. To apply your patch I
used:


svn checkout http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/rendering/osmarender/stylesheets/
cd stylesheets
wget http://trac.openstreetmap.org/attachment/ticket/1323/construction.patch?format=raw
patch < construction.patch
rm construction.patch
svn commit

If I wanted to make changes myself, I would use vim instead of wget and
patch.
