[OSM-dev] Install error: Could not find rails (= 2.0.1) in any repository

Is there an OSM server requirement specifically for Rails 2.01? I getting the error below.

# gem install -v=2.0.1 rails
Bulk updating Gem source index for: http://gems.rubyforge.org
ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::GemNotFoundException)
    Could not find rails (= 2.0.1) in any repository

I am trying to install an OSM test server for the first time and as Ruby is completely new to me, VERY blindly following the install instructions here:

My install environment is Ubuntu Hardy Heron
