It is now rails 2.0.2.
Rails 2.1 or 2.1.1 (latest) is not yet able to be used due to some
dependencies.
It is unlikely that there will be an upgrade for at least a month as
TomH is busy.
Gem dependencies will become easier to deal with once we move to rail
2.1 as you will be able to run sudo rake gems:install, and all the
required gems will install.
