True, and I'm thinking constantly about switching to that solution, but my
Garmin unit still has some good sides (when hiking):
- it's robust
- it's waterproof
- it uses AA batteries and can run pretty long on a pair of them + you can
have extras just in case
- it's a unit dedicated to a single job, which is sometimes better than a
multipurpose one
