This particular one keeps popping up all the time but there is no such 
thing. There are airways which used to form the backbone of air 
navigation but more and more they are replaced by direct instruction 
from air traffic controllers. So: Entering all the airways into OSM 
would be a rather academic exercise and would tell you nothing about 
actual flightpaths, and on the other hand entering actual flightpaths 
would not say anything about whether or not another plane is ever going 
to fly the same path.

(Exceptions from this are the rather formalized arrival and, to a lesser 
degree, departure procedures for large airports.)
