 From the source it seems that somewhere in the relation section we have 
something like

<member type="..." id="Way" role="..."/>

I'd love to investigate but the planet download from heanet.ie has been 
going on for 6 hours now and slowed to a trickle; wget claims it is 
going to be another 9 hours. Might also be congestion on my end, don't know.
