Unfortunately, the fact that large edits with bboxes that surrounds the
area are included in these feeds make them nearly useless - if you're
watching a small area the S/N ratio is unbearable. As an example, the feed
for my town includes more than 50% "big" edits that very likely didn't
touch anything inside the bbox I wanted to watch.
