That was retroactively defined as "wrong" in the wiki btw, but I have no
real issue with that. Besides this has nothing to do with the layer tag,
but the bridge tag.

yes. but have only the layer errors enabled and look for the false
positive frowning smily. (Frowny?)
Look at the Nord/West-Knoten and the B6/B75
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4736794
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4706231
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4785432
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4704524
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4711450
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4736401
http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php?error=4809909
(and most of the others in the area there)
That's just hiding the real problems (which I agree exist!)
To reiterate: if one way *ends* at the offending node, and no two ways
cross at the same node this is not to be marked as error, with the
possible exclusion of the bridge tag, which is another tag/error class
entirely.
