In case of lacking built-id compass it would be nice to provide some
easy way of changing facing direction.
Example: I stopped walking facing north and decided to face east
(without step in east). I would like to use some right arrow in UI to
see what is ahead.
Just my little comment , I thought about:) Decide if this is usefull.
