[OSM-dev] Can't figure out why the coast line doesn't render properly for me

I downloaded a copy of the planet file, and have updated using daily/hourly files but I can't for the life of me work out why the coast line isn't rendering the same as OSM when I think I'm using the latest SVN versions of mapnik dir + mapnik source + mod_tile/renderd.
