[OSM-dev] Can't figure out why the coast line doesn't render properly for me

AFAIK there is a hard-coded filter in osm2pgsql that removes 
natural=coastline during DB input. The OSM maps render it from 
shapefiles, not from the OSM data. I had to map it to a different tag to 
bypass the filter.
