[OSM-dev] set-mapnik-env stage of rendering tiles

Thank you Frederik,
adding "./" helped, osm.xml was created but as an empty file.
Before I dig into why? and how to fix it? I'd like to ask what other
routine to use (since this one is ditched).
Is
$ . ./set-mapnik-env # note the . !
$ ./customize-mapnik-map >$MAPNIK_MAP_FILE
the current equivalent?
I couldn't find "inc" subfolder in mapnik folder. There's "include"
folder though with hundred of hpp files.
