I like the concept, but the parameters seem backwards to what I would
expect.
I think the parameter should be ?deleted=(true|false|only)
"deleted=false" is the default - behaves as now. "deleted=yes" includes
deleted items and "deleted=only" returns only items that have been
deleted (useful if you have already downloaded the visible data in the
area).
