You can revert it yourself using the JOSM reverter plugin! It is 
relatively easy to use: Just enter the changeset id and upload.

The plugin will load the state of the changed objects *after* that 
changeset, then it will automatically apply the changes to your local 
layer that make it undone. (In your case delete the newly created objects.)

Then you can upload normally. (To a new changeset that is the inverse / 
opposite of the previous one.)

In case something has changed in the meantime, you will be notified and 
conflicts are created.
