[OSM-dev] track upload - privacy settings - bug?

Until recently the track-upload window recorded the privacy settings
for the next upload. Some time ago this behaviour changed. Now it
get's back to "anonymous, unordered" all the time. Is this intended? I
prefered the previous behaviour and now have errateously uploaded a
bunch of tracks as "unordered", while I usually prefer "trackable".

Is there a way to change the privacy setting for already uploaded
tracks? Or maybe set it once for all tracks and then in case override
it for specific ones? Would be great.
