[OSM-dev] Russia bounding box

I am looking for Russia bbox.

Searching in google I have found that bbox of Russia is:  NE 81.856903,
-168.997849 SW 41.185902, 19.638861
(http://isithackday.com/geoplanet-explorer/index.php?woeid=23424936).
The problem is if I try this data bounding box is of some part of USA:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/?minlon=19.638861&minlat=41.185902&maxlon=-168.997849
&maxlat=81.856903&box=yes

I have modified this bbox to this one:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?minlon=19.638861&minlat=41.185902&maxlon=190.997849&maxlat=81.956903&box=yes

What bbox I need to use to import changes with osm2pgsql?
