[OSM-dev] DB scheme for rails port

Hi,

I working on the DB related stuff in the wiki. Unfortunatly the DB 
schema sketch is completely out of date :(

Might somebody of the senior devs update this graphic and may be add a 
simplified sketch with only tables?

For years I used http://www.dbvis.com for this job, it's cross platform 
and had a free edition.

Would be a great job to make the rails port more transparent :)
