[OSM-dev] Mod_tile not showing images

Ok figured this out, the directory permissions were not setup correctly, even
though the renderd wasn't showing errors, apache wasn't able to find the
files.  This was resolved by setting the folder permissions to www-data.

But this now causes Renderd not to be able to write to that folder :/ any
suggestions?
